Description
Near Black Butte off Interstate 5 in Northern California travelers will see brightly painted water trucks as they pass by. The trucks are leased to fire fighting companies during fire season. Yes, the trucks are really painted in bright shiny colors. These trucks and some of the construction equipment you see in the picture are the excellent work of Walt Smith, made by Shape Ways. The structure in the photo is a very close model of the real structure as shown in the second photo.
