Thanks for sharing the 2018NTS. I was watching model railroad 2018 video and they didn't show any of the Z scale. They even had Atlas there and not a word was said about the new flex track!

Z Central Station Private Messaging

ZCS always had the ability to allow private messaging between members but now it is functional for you to use. When you log in you will notice a PM Notifier just under the search box on every ZCS web page. When you go to your profile page you will notice several new PM modules. Here is where you can have ZCS email you when you receive a new PM, compose a PM to another ZCS member by using their screen name. You can also review sent, received, and deleted private messages.

This Day In Railroad History
Group Date Event
NHRS 1872-08-20 Dr. William Robinson is granted a patent for the closed track circuit, the foundation of modern railroad signaling. The first such signal system is installed later that year on the Philadelphia & Erie Railroad at Kinzua, Pennsylvania.
NHRS 1894-08-20 The first geared locomotive designed by Charles Heisler is completed by Stearns Manufacturing Company of Erie, Pennsylvania.
ColinCRP 1997-08-20 Hudson Bay Railway, owned by Omnitrax of Denver, Colorado, takes over the operation of the former CN lines between The Pas, Flin Flon, Lyn Lake and Churchill, Man.
