Testing the turnouts. I remember being so chuffed getting a pair of manual turnouts for my N gauge layout back as a teenager... having electric units is a real trip now. The wiring setup isn\\\'t immediately logical but easy enough to do when you follow the instructions.
As you can see I just had everything laying down on a sheet of cementboard (too big for table). With all the turnout wires to deal with I figured I should get some MDF and do a semi permanent setup, until I make a start on a proper layout.
