Your wish-list for Christmas ? was created by Jerome Z
Hello,

Santa Claus will arrive soon...

Have you made your list ?

Some Full-Throttle hoppers for me, with a MTL GP-9 SOO or CN...

Dear Santa,

I would like a complete Broadway Limited set from AZL along with 2 NS SD70's and each set of the Bethgon Coal Porters for NS and Conrail and 2 PRR GP7's.

My wish would be for AZL to offer the E7s in Great Northern for general sale.

John, if you know how to break into a apartment, I know who has one. GN Mike, what is your address?

A great wish but unlikely when I work retail at Christmas.

I finally found my MTL Canadian Pacific F-7A, so I'll have to make a new list.

MIke,

How about my place. I'm really good at hiding Easter eggs and Christmas presents. Shouldn't be to hard to hide your "babies".

Now where did I put my boss's present?

My Christmas wish is, members of this and every other Z-scale forum spend more time with model building, kit bashing, making anything from scratch, building moduleZ, instead of turning every (intended to be) Z-scale modeling forums to shopping channels. Seriously, if you really want something and it's not available, make one.

I feel that apart from building (layout)modules and kitbashing structures Z isn't the scale for scratch building. When I want to scratch build I go to gauge 1 or 5". At least I can see what I'm doing...

Interesting. If you avoid adding fine details, large scales are easier to scratch build, but building a good Z car or structure, modify a locomotive is like doing the fine details of the "monsters".

I learned this in military modeling..Its frustrating to work hours, days and weeks on something special, only for the same thing that you were working on to come out the next week, and all you have to do is shake it out of the box. And then when it is set next to what I have built, mine looks likes it was done by a 5th grader.

Kelley, I'm with you. I've tried and tried, but I just can't seem to muster the skills Lajos and some others have. I'll just stick to scenery and let my betters go on with their work. I can't count the hours I spent on scratch building a barn only to finish it and shake my head. Then, toss it in the trash. Cheers, Jim CCRR:(

As usual I've many wishes:P I would like the SD70 Ace Shell but Tim is still not back. I would also like if Tom Mann would work a little bit faster because some of my Items are almost a year in his hand  also a new Diorama from John Cubbin would be cool but that's more for eastern :P
