NCE PowerCab, SmartBoos3 & DCC Specialities PSX-AR

Have any of you had any experience in making the NCE SmartBooster3 operate with the NCE Powercab AND the DCC Specialities PSX-AR? Right now when the engine hits the isolation cut that should switch the polarity in the reversing loop, the SmartBooster trips first! I have tried low value resistors, the automotive light bulb trick and moving the SmartBooster to be as far from the light bulb as possible. It has been suggested that I place a high value ceramic capacior across the power feed to the track as a "snubber," but that has mixed acceptance. I believe that the auto reverser is set for the lowest trip value. Frankly, I am running out of ideas, but I do want to operate my layout with multiple throttles/controllers.
Do any of you have any other ideas for me?
