HEY from Pierre, SD was created by sdkid
My main layout is in Ho scale. I do however have a glass top coffee table that is begging for a makeover. I was set on N. I know a guy at TWP that models Z. Been trying to decide between the two. My friends Catt and Spyder62 told me about ZCentral. Had to check in and decide if the table will be Z or N.

Chris,
My original plan was to do an N scale layout in a coffee table but decided on Z because I wanted more than a mere oval and wanted more scenery than N allowed. IMHO.

Chris, Welcome your pals are valuable members here. You won't be sorry. Probably a quarter of our membership are HO drop downs. Much higher for N'ers. Cheers, Jim CCRR:)

Chris, welcome.
My first Z layout was set in a coffee table. Then I had the bright idea to make a ramp up, so the train could run on the glass, then I added two adjoining tables, and I was ready to move the desk out of the den, and then the wife through me out and I had to move to the celler. I too was in N and O.
I think you will enjoy Z very much.
