Kelley that is too cool! Of course we are trying to butter you up. Also not the lack of any kind of logo or decals on the M577…

Dang, I just need the tracks, don´t need the flatcar. I did a LOT of rail loading in Germany, to the training areas of Grafenwöhr and Hoenfels. I was always FDC/S-3, so my steed was an M577. Believe it or not, the hulls were Aluminum, to save on weight and to make them air transportable. They were also supposed to be able to swim. If I had these, I would put them on the Märklin flatcars, although the heavy weight flatcars are overkill. The wooden sided gondolas are about right, but a bit dated.

Those M577 are just like the LVT's we launch out the back of and LST. I had the chance to ride one out Boy was it scary! Dark, no windows. just feel it take off and hit the water. lucky it didn't sink what a feeling!

Made by the same company, I do not know how many parts are interchangeable. Could be the same track/roadwheels and other parts. They were around from about 63-64 to today.
