Does any one know if the Rokuhan Z scale track work with the Micro trains Z scale track?

Yes, you can use the Rokuhan and MTL ballasted track together. There is an ever so slight hight difference, but it is minimal. A swipe of a file will match up the rail heads. In my opinion, the only distraction is the tie spacing when you use the two systems together. The MTL track spacing is nice and tight and matches North American rail. The Rokuhan tie spacing is much farther apart with wider ties.

The roadbed joiners are not compatible and need to be removed. If you're refering to the MTL flex track, there is a connection adapter: A014.

If you pull the roadbed joiner from the MTL roadbed track and replace it with one from Rokuhan track that works, but the MTL one is a bit wider than rokuhan so it won't fit into the slot on Rokuhan track without causing damage and jamming in the slot, however the rokuhan one works fine in the MTL track. I find that if you remove the rail joiner and the road bed joiner and replace with ones from Rokuhan it is very easy to connect the two together and then a bit of dressing with a file at the rail joint eliminates any bumps due to slight difference in height of each manufacturers rail.
