Even more Z cars..we are o a roll

Mr. John Bartolotto found these guys. I just took an extra step and sent them a nice letter asking if they could make their cars in not only 1/200 scale but also in Z. With their permission, I will show you the letter.

Dear Kelley,

Thanks for your mail regarding your question if we can make Z-scale model cars.
If you have checked our webshop (www.a2models.nl) you might have seen that we produce and sell models in 5 different scales. All models are printed in colour except the 1:100 and 1:200 scale models. These are plain white and for architects models (I’m an architect!).

The 1:160 N-scale models are actually the smallest models printed in colour by us as colours will start “bleeding” when we print them in a smaller scale.
The colour layer is 0,1 mm thick, so the smaller the models, the higher the risk colours will mix (bleeding).

However we could print 1:220 scale Z-models but they would have to be mono colour, either white or grey (the colour we use for the windows) so people can hand paint them.
What do you think of this solution?

Dear Kelley,

Of course we give you permission to share our letter, thank you for promoting our webshop.
We will make some try-outs in grey, so we cannot confuse them with our white 1:200 scale models.

There is no scale indication on the bottom due to the small scale.
Besides, now the customers only have to paint the body as the “windows” are already grey.

They have mostly European cars, but the American cars they do have are a knockout. Make sure you check all the scales ! Studebakers and Buicks!!!
