Gerard Huet used to offer a N5B and a N6B but his web site says he's no longer accepting any orders. He has made some very nice models but, I understand, it takes him a long time to finish one.

My first thought was to contact Bowser, seeing they make them in HO and N.
But after sending them 4 emails in 3 months and never getting a response back, I gave up on that idea.
