Concrete Pipes & Culverts

Description
I purchased a few sets of concrete pipes & culverts from Stony\'s Shapeway account. These were created in white strong and durable plastic. I finally had some time to work on them. After giving them a light gray base, I wanted to see what the outcome would be with several different types of paints. By the way the plastic does soak in the paint. With just the culvert face painted, I used a sandstone textured paint. I touched up a culvert and pipe using a darker gray Polly Scale paint, and touched up a culvert & pipe using a lighter gray Polly Scale paint. So far, I am liking all three in different ways. With the texture, I am going to add a wash to get back the gray because from a distance the specs look good. And with the other two sets... I may add another opposing color wash.
