Should look sorta like this. Sorry, I don't have picture before solder the 2 Function wires (White, Yellow) and Blue LED Function power lead to front.
Note: I put a special PC board with 3 LEDs so I can have special lighting of the numbers and MARS.
You can use the original light bulb (solder to bottom tab - either one) and connect top side of bulb to White wire with 100 ohm resistor or, use and LED with 220 - 1000 ohm (depending on LED effeciency). LED short lead (or side with flat) to either of the two lower tabs and long lead with resistor to the Blue Function power.
