StoneBridgeDesigns New Releases was created by Alaska Railroader
Although we're a little late getting them out our new kits will up on Z Scale Monster's website any day now. There are 9 new offering with several varieties within some of them.
We have the Chair making starter set. In it you receive enough components to make 24 chairs, 4 each of 6 different chair styles. It has an acrylic reusable jig and a tray with 2 clear acrylic jars to store your pieces. If you can work with all things tiny then this, and the Bench Kit, should be easy as pie.

Next is the Bench Starter set. Almost exactly like the chair set but the jig is configured for making benches. It has two varieties of benches.

And then there are two types of picnic table kits; one set with an umbrella, the other kit is a pair of regular picnic tables.

You've had a sneak peek at the rest of these next few releases. Here are the two styles of stand alone garages. One kit has a double door with a brass extension ladder accessory and the other kit is a single door garage/workshop with a brass step ladder.

Then there are the telephone poles kit and also the basketball hoop for putting over a garage door or you can mount it on a pole for a driveway or playground scene. These can be found on Z Scale Monster soon.

Coming soon is a similar item but different; cafe tables with umbrellas. The chairs in the photo don't come in this kit but are made from the Chair making kit mentioned earlier, sold separately. Also please note, none of the human figures are included.

i will confess that i have been waiting for these. i have a credit with anthony that i want to use, and this will help. i was hoping that you would have one of your larger industry buildings ready to go (i forget, was it a creamery?). anyway, thanks for the great stuff!

It was indeed a creamery but we're still working the kinks out to make it an easier kit to build. As it is it would take too many hours and probably too many mistakes in the learning curve for anyone trying it. Hopefully it will be ready to be a big box release for July, also a small bungalow is in the works. Eventually Anthony will have parts packets to replenish supplies for the chairs, benches, and telephone poles being released now. These accessories are fun to build and I would say easy as well. Plus they look great on layouts and dioramas. I have already used several benches and chairs for customer's dioramas and they fit Preiser figures perfectly.

Jim,
Did Karin also send you the free two dozen sugar ants with a queen ant all ready to inhabit your new picnic area? She may have forgotten to include them, but I did tell her to do it just for you......

Jim,
I forgot to tell you these are the new genetically engineered ants that can hold their breath for 2 1/2 months.......you're still in danger of being over run....;)

And Alex, when gluing antenna and legs onto the ants, one must be extremely careful not to get any glue accidentally on the sensors located just behind the eye sockets. Gluing them shut prevents the ants from sensing where to go to the bathroom.....messy:laugh:

Working on honey bee hives with air conditioning now.....:P

Karin,
All of the new kits look super!!! I agree with David, that these items are all really needed, and its great you made them simple to build, and very affordable.

Sorry i was not able to put in more time this past month helping out, but you know my story... busy..

Cant afford the ants:( But I did kitbash and repaint some dust mites. They make great Z scale ants and from 3 feet away you can hardly tell the difference..
I need to get me a couple of those houses..

Karin, this gives me an idea. If you'll do sawdust kits, I'd buy one, and put it on my layout as "the farmhouse, after the ants got to it". ;)

OK you funny buggy guys, Anthony emailed me to say the items are up on his site. I'm in Ohio and am about to leave the hotel to have dinner with Don and Judy Avila. I'm hand delivering his Z product from Loren, good service from Loren eh? Sorry I can't do that for all of you, what fun that would be going around the world delivering Z toys! But my parents live here and Don happens to be close by. At least I get to talk shop a little bit on this trip :)
