OK, I assume you're talking about Marklin locomotives. Is the rotor the armature (the spinning part of the motor with coils around the shaft)? Marklin makes several different motors, which locomotive has the parts you're looking for? The reason I ask, because I have tons of Marklin parts, there is a good chance I can help.
