I just ordered a set though my local hobby shop. I wonder how hard it would be to make it work? Conrad (German electrical parts store) should have these gizmos to make the arm go up and down. (They are a push pull kind of motor, a tube about as wide as an ink pen, with a stiff wire that sticks out, that can be pushed/pulled when it gets electricity) Lights might be a bear, but perhaps the whole signal and sign could be replaced by the the from Rolfs Laedchen?

Hi Kelley, Manfred J├Ârger has a nice (although pricy) set that is developed to be operated with servo's. Website and webshop are in german, but Manfred speaks and reads english.
