These are well researched, well thought out, useful, and well executed model railroad items. I appreciate David's effort to make items such as these. Let the other scales keep the non prototype, toy and European bumpers.

Would you believe that about two years ago I began to make the 'Medford'

track bumper, but like so many well intended projects, I let it sit and collect dust.

I'm glad David decided to do it right and include it with other style bumpers. Now is it possible to alter the existing one and make it fit flex track? Flex was the original intent of my efforts.

Here is a picture I took of the bumper when I first began to research it.

David did a great job on it. Kudos.

Sure. Just clip off the plastic rail joiners flush with the face of the bumper. Note, however, that this won't work for the Hayes wheel stops, since they're integrated with matching roadbed.
