No access from legal provider

Hello,

I dont arrive anymore to load zcentralstation from my IP address 194.154.xxx.xxx
It seems that the site was hacked, perhaps some protection are not accurate.

Imagine, I am now in through "hidemyass.com", very good place for hackers and the site load and I can login with no problem and write and.....
But from the main luxembourgish provider : pt.lu or luxgsm.lu ("Entreprise des Postes et Telecommunications" state is owner) I dont arrive anymore.
There is no reason, the access to this networks is just possible to local appliers.
But better to block all ass hiding sites.
