Images in messages do not show on my computer

I just joined and I find that when I access various messages, images such as pictures, layout plans, etc do not show. I get a blank space with a rectangular border and an x in the upper left. When I right click for properties, I often get the Type described as "Not Available" even though the file is a jpeg. Are there any obvious settings on my computer I can change so that I can see the images? (XP system, IE6, with McAfee virus & firewall security center). Thank you.

Dan, Welcome. Well we can't have this problem. I've been through some posts with pictures and they are showing up for me. Can you give a specific Thread and posting that is giving you this problem? Thanks, Jim CCRR:(

Thank you very much for getting back to me. The problem has gone away and may have been caused by connection problems on my end or that I had just registered with Z Central. Thanks again.
