Using the 8945 Unv Remote was created by GoletaBill
I am trying to understand how the remote operates. I understand the function of the Yellow wire, but not really clear on the two blue wires and how to use the other side of the remote. It looks like there are two sections. Not sure how to use. I am trying to operate a 8939 signal with a 8599. Can someone outline how the wiring should be organized.
Thanks
Bill

There are basically two sections: one for the signal power and control and the other for the track power. Check out: www.guidetozscale.com/html/signals.html

Thanks for the link. I have read it but still not sure if I am connecting the wires correctly as the signal is not working. Can I send you a drawing of how I have wired the signal and have you look it over. I am assuming I can download a drawing.
Thanks.
Thanks.

I have a drawing of my current layout of my signals using a 8945 remote that is controlled by a 8589 Switching track section. For reason not fully understood I can't get the signal to operate. Hope someone can help. Send me an email address and I will forward to you. I tried to attach the file but the system would not accept!!
Thanks
