Johnathan, looks like you're gonna have it at least somewhat ready for your show. Nothing a little more paint and a few buildings won't solve at this point.

Hey Johnathan,
:( I guess I shouldn't have said anything about your progress! I started on a new layout almost a year ago and still trying to get some progress. I just got caught up with the 3D printing instead. I also was going to say something about the one track layout. My first one was a one track except in front of the station I had a run of two tracks. It get boring watching one train run around and around not much fun. This time I want to be able to run more than one train that way I can have one running while the others can be doing the things most trains do run loads from one place to another. :woohoo:

Walt ,this layout will be a work in progress,meant mostly to show off Z scale in I hope what is a favorable light. :dry: Anyway here is the latest progress pic.I'm working on the hill to the upper right now.I should have that finished by Sunday afternoon.

For it's first showing the new Z layout was quite popular.Neither layout is finished but for the time being they are both done. :D

Some detail work,

Logo on girder bridge



Finished the railings on the road bridge and painted the bridge to look like new concrete.



Planted some shrubbery ,need a lot more but this takes care of this corner (so far)

Fresh from the paint shop,first official Z scale Grande Valley Railway locomotive.Loco is a AZL GP38-2.Paint is Krylon "Fusion" burgundy gloss.Road number is subject to change.



Some cylindrical grain hoppers to be.I ordered the decals yesterday.These will be Rail Net cars.



Two flatcars I am working on.The one on the right was Western Pacific is now the Watervliet & Portage another shortline railroad owned by Midwest Trainsportation Systems.
